Two of my closest friends back in college days…
…twas almost evening when i received a text from her that she was on her way to the airport to fly back to US… i didnt want to let it pass without taking time to say good bye. It’ll take years again before we see each other again…. i already had a previous appointment which was supposed to be my bday celeb with my indios friends…… i had to decide instantly…and i figured wherever i attend, one would be somehow compromised… i knew i wanted to be there for her and for him (my bestfriend) so there…..

at the airport, i was surprised when she whispered to me they just got engaged!!!!!!! and so now she left the country officially engaged with my bestfriend… a moment that needs to be captured. thanks for the cam jess. This is for the both of you guys….love u! See you soon selle! *(",)*

nanowrimo, day 21 goal

35700: Today two of my friends will be celebrating their engagement. Hence, the inspiration for today came from my grandmother’s engagement ring – one of the characters in my story has soaked up some of her personality. Over time and constant wear, the ring has become smooth, there are no angles to the clasps holding the diamonds, and the band is worn, but for me it speaks volumes about the person who wore it, and for whom she wore it.
